the Bank Act of Canacla having its principa2 office in the C?ty of
Atllnta, State of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "biortgagee"),
is the owner and holder of the following I~tortgage:

November 3, 1981, and recorded November 10, 1981, in
Official Record Book 366, Page 887, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the original
principal sum of Twelve Million Five tlundred Thousand
anci no/100 Dollars U.S. ($12,SQ0,000.00), as amended
by that certain Future Advance Agreement and Modifica-
tion of Mortgage and Note, between Mortgagor and
Mortgagee, dated February 7, 1984, and recorded on
April 30, 1984, in Clfficial Record Book 430, Page 1418,
~ as modified by Future Advance Agr~ement and Modification
recorded on September 7, 1984, in Official Record Book
442, Page 16b2, further modified by hiodification Agree-
, ment recorded on April 1, 1987, in Official Record Book
536, page 2914, ALL being of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, (collective~y hereinafter called
the "Mortgage").
~4'HEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to
release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said ~
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage. ~
NOW, THEREFORF., KNOW YE., that said Atortgagee, in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($1Q.OQ) to
them in hand paid, or in behalf of, the said Mortgagor at the timc of
the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-cl.aim, exonerate and discharge from the
' lien and operation of said Mortgage unto the said btortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said rlortgagor more particularly described as follows:

Florida, together with all of the appurtenances there-
to, as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium
(the "Property"); TOGETHER WITH its undivided interest
in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances unto the
sai.d Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of the said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always nevertheless that nothing herein
c~ntained shall in anywise impair, alter, or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid l~lortgage on the remaining portion
