particularly including, but not limited to, the condominium plot and
site plan, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and taxes for the
current year.
Subject to the foregoing, the Grantor covenants that the property
is vested in the Grantor and Grantor hereby warrants the title to said
p~operty and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
p~rsons claiming by and through or under it, but against none other.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
