prescribed oath, and performed all other acts necessary to qualify
as such Guardian; a

NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the above
entitled Court, declare WENDY ODEN, duly qualified under the
laws of the state of Florida to act as the Guardian of the property
of CARRIE WOODRUFF, minor, with full power to administer the
estate of said minor according to Law, and to take possession of ~

and to hold, for the benefit of the said minor, all the property
of said minor, and of the rents, income, issues, and profits from
it.
