LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT '

I, RAYMOND JENNINGS YOUNG, a resident of Saint Lucie County, Florid~,
being of sound and c~isposing mina and mernory and considering the uncer--
tainty of this life, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
And Testament, hereby revoking any and all Last ~Vill And Testaments and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I hereby direct that all valid claims timely filed against
my estate, all costs of administration and other proper charges against
my estate be paid out of assets of my estate other than tangible personal
property and other than assets exempt from claims of creditors.
SECOND: I give and devise the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate including all property in possession or in expectancy at the time
of my death whether real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situated, in fee
simple absolute, as follows, In equal shares, share and share alike, ~er
stirpes, to My beloved Nephew and Niece, CRAIG EDWIN YOUNG and LISA LU
YOUNG.
