KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, LYNN EUGENE 3~

FARMER, of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby
make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils thereto heretofore
by me made.
I'IRST: I direct my Personal Representati~~e, hereinafter
named, to pay my funeral expenses and just debts, except any debts
secured by Mortgage or barred by any rule of law, and estate,
inheritance, or succession taxes which may be levied or assessed
upon any of the property I may own at the time of my death.
SECOND: I hereby make and bequeath the following specific
bequests:
(a) To my daughter, A. LOUISE F. LIPPNER, I give and
bequeath alI of my furniture at 5213 South Indian River Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida. ,
(b) To my daughter, MARION V. DIETZ, I give and bequeath
the diamond ring which belonged to my wife.
(c) To my son, EUGENE FRANKLIN FARMER, I give and
bequeath the sterling silver flatware that I own at the time of
my death.
(d) To my daughter, A. LOUISE F. LIPPNER, I give and
bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
~ THIRD: I give and bequeath all items of tangible,
persvnal property not otherwise disposed of hereinabove including,
but not limited to, all furnishings, personal effects, clothing,
furniture, wallcoverings, pictures, collections, and any auto-
