mobil~ I may own at the time of my death to my children who sur-
vive me, share and share alike.
FOURTH: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my
Estate, of whatsoever kind, real or personal, or wheresoever
located, I give, bequeath, and aevise to my children who survive
me, equally, share and share alike.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my daugh~er, A.
LOUISE F. LIPPNER, as Personal Representative of my Estate.
In the event my daughter, A. LOUISE F. LIPPNER, shall
predecease me, or if we shall perish in a common disaster, or
under such circumstances as it is impossible to determine which
shall have perished first, then I hereby nominate and appoint ~
HARRY LIPPNER, as Personal Representative of my Estate. ~
I hereby direct that no Bond or other security shall be ~
required from my said Personal Representative for the qualification, ~
discharge, and performance of his duties. ~

I further confer upon my Personal Representative full
power and authority to sell and convey any part or all of my ~

Estate, at public or private sale, including real property, without
any Order of any Court.
