2. Decedent, WILLIAM E. THOMPSON, whose last known address
was 3281 W. Lake Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose Social
Security Number is 008-18-4636, died on February 23, 1988, at
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and at the time vf death
Decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. A death
certificate is filed herewith.
3. So far as is known, the beneficiaries of this estate,
their addresses and relationship to Decedent, their ages and the
birth dates of any who are minors, are:
