estate tax return.
8. The original of the Decedent's Last Will, dated October
14, 1987, is filed herewith.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of Decedent other than as set forth in Par~graph 8.
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's Last Will be ~
admitted to probate and that Petitioner be appointed Personal
Representative of the Estate of the Decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
