Petitioner, FRANK HARBER, alleges: ~ n
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the person
appointed as the Personal Representative in the decedent's will and also
as a beneficiiary. Petitioner's name and address are: FRANK HARBER,
3240 Hatcher Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981, and the name and
address of petitioner's attorney are set forth at the end of this
Petition.
2. Decedent, KATHRYN LAKOS, whose last known address was 381
Northwest Curtis Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34952 and, whose age
was and whose Social Security number is 379-44-0243 , died on
March 9, 1988 in St. Lucie County, Florida and at the time of death was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:

decedent was domiciled and owned property in St. Lucie CoUnty, Florida.
5. FRANK HARBER , whose address is 3240 Hatcher Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida 34981, and who is qualified under the laws of the State
of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of the decedent's Estate
is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Representative
because he is the person appointed as Personal Representative in the
Last Will and Testament of the decedent.
