6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this Estate

8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated November 12, ;
1982 and original Codicil dated November 25, 1985 is in the possession
of the Court or accompanies this Petition. {
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of !
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
Petitianer requests that the decedent's will be admitted to probate
and that FRANK HARBER be appointed Personal Representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
