FIF~H: All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, whether ,
real, personal or mixed, in whatever form and wheresoever located, I
give, devise and bequeath to FRANK HARBER and KATHY HARBER, his wife.
In the event that either of the foregoing sh~uld predecease me then I
direct that the one who survives me shall take all the foregoing
descrcibed rest, residue and remainder of my Estate. In the event that
both of the foregoing beneficiaries predecease me, that I qive, devise
and bequeath the foregoing described rest, residue and remainder of my
estate to their children, namely, ADAM HARBER and ASHLEY HARB~R, in
equal shares, share and share alike.
SIXTH: At the present time I have two certificates of deposit
with Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County
numbers 2Q380082 and 20355746 which are in my name and it is my
intention that these certificates of deposit shall pass under this my
Last Will and Testament.
SEVENTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint FRANK HARBER, as
Personal Representative of my Estate. In the event of the death~,
resignation, removal or failure to qualify or serve of the saia FRANK
HARBER, I nominate, constitute and appoint KATHY HARBER, to serve as
alternate Personal Representative. I direct that no bond or other
security shall be required of my Personal Representative or his said
alternate, in any jurisdiction, to secure the faithful performance of
the duties herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
