In the event that my nephew, DR. J~NS BANG, shoulcl pre-
~ decease me, t}len this bequest shall pass to liis lineal descendants,
per stirpes.
ARTICLE V
I liereby nominate, constitute and appoint AXEL P. }fANSEN,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as Personal Representative of this, my Last
tVill and 'I'estament, to serve`without bond. I expressly confer
upon said Personal Representative full authority and power to sell
and convey any part or all of said estate at public or private
sale, ~~it}z or without notice, as l~e may deem best, and without any
order of Court. I authorize and empower said Personal Representa-
tive to make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and
to hold the proceeds of any sale to the same use as hereinabove
declared in the several items of this, my 1Vi11. I further hei-eby
expressly confer upon said Personal Representative the authority
and power to borrow money for the use of my estate in any instance
where he may think it necessary and proper, and to secure in
mortgage or any other form of security.
In the event AXEL P. HANSEN should die, resign, be dis-
c~ualified, oi~ un~.~illing or unable to act as my Personal Represen-
tative, whether before or after entering upon his duties, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint my attorney, GEORGE L. ti~'ILLIA~lS,
III, as ~lternate Personal Representative of this, my Last t~iill
and Testament, to serve without bond. I expressly confer upon
said Alternate Personal Representative the same powers heretofore
granted to my Personal Kepresentative.
