of my estate with power to use, diapose of and otherwise pro-
vide for the health, welfare. maintenance and benefit of my
wife. the use of the said property for the aforesaid purposes
beina in the sole discretion of my trustee. I make this
trust arrangement b~cause of my wife's present and anticipated
fl,iture health conditions. MY trustee shall be awarded a
