In the event my wife does not survive me, then I
~ive. devige and bequeath the above said residue of ~y estate
in equal shares. one half (1/2) each. share and share alike
to n~y beloved dau~hter JUDITH E. BRAhEAiLT~ and my beloved son~
R~RF.RT BRU~:E McAT.PIN per stirpes and not per capita .
FIFTH~ Unless sooner vested in accordance with other proviai-
ons of this Will. each gift. bequest or devise made in this
Will~ shall vest twentV-one yeare after the death of the last
survivor of ra.yself and all beneficiaries of thie Will who are
livin~ at the date of my death.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint my daughter, JTTDITH E: BRAKEBII,L
and my son, ROBERT BR1tCE McALPIN as co-personal representatives
of my estate. In the event that either of my co-personal repre-
sentatives fails or is unable to so act, then I authorize the
remainin€ co-Dersonal representative to act solely in that
capacit,y. Ar~y personal repre8entative of my estate shall serve
without bond but shall be reimbursed for ar~y reasonable expenses
they may ineur in f~rtherance of their duties as personal repre- ;

sentative. I authorize my personal representative to :
(a) Sell with or without notice, at either rntblic or
private sale. to encumber or h.ypothecate, and to lease any pro-
perty belon~in~ to m,y estate. subieat on1Y to such confirmation
of court as mav be required bv law.
