PETITION TO DETERMIN~ COMPETENCY
Your petitioner respectfully represents to the Court that
OWEN PYLE who is 75 years of age and whose address is 256 Egret
Lane, Vero Beach, Florida, is to your petitioner personally
known; that your petitioner's knowledge of his mental and
physical condition is sufficient to justify the belief that he is
incompetent within the intent and meaning of Chapter 744.331,
Florida Statutes, and that the nature of his disability is mental
incompetency, that he is now a resident of Indian River County,
and has been a bona fide resident of the State of Florida
continuously for ~~i years im mediately preceding this
petition. The members of the family of said person with their

of the alleged incompetent.
WHEREFORE, this petition reque'sts that an examination be
made as to the mental and physical condition, or obth, of the
said OWEN PYLE as provided by law, and that an order be entered
determining the mental and physical competency of said person.
