PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
By this Deed, William E. Raikes, III, herein called Grantor,
as personal representative of the Estate of Paula Burghardt, /
deceased, an unremarried widow of Paul Burghardt, in 4,~ ~ ~

consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by Young D. Dickson
and Estelle S. Dickson, his wife, herein called Grantees, whose ~
post office address is 800 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947,
conveys to the Grantees the following real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block D, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, Number S,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat :
Bo~k 10, Page 34, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida

Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has a good,

right and lawful authority to ~eli and convey the property in
accordance with the Last Will and Testament of Paula
Burghardt. Grantor warrants the title to the property for any ~

claims of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor. j
