OWNER CONSENT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS.
CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS FOR
ST. LUCIE WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION
THIS CONSENT is made and entered into on this day of
February , lggg.
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, Thos J. White Development Corporation, a Florida
corporation, executed a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for St. Lucie West Master Association on February 1, 1988,
which shall be recorded in the St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records
thereinafter, together with all exhibits attached thereto and as amended
from time to time, the "Declaration"); and
WHEREAS, the Declaration submits thereto certain property which
includes that property of which the undersigned owner ("Owner") is the
record owner and holder of title in fee simple by virtue of that certain
deed recorded in Official Record Book 575 , Page ~.45 , of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (hereinafter "Owner's
Property"); and
WHEREAS, Owner desires to submi~ Owner's Praperty to the
Declaration;
NOW THEREFORE, Owner does hereby consent, on behalf of himself, his
successors, heirs, and assigns, that from and after the date of this
Consent, Owner's Property shall be owned, held, transferred, sold, i
conveyed, used, occupied, mortgaged, or otherwise encumbered subject to ,
all of the terms, provisions, covenants, and restrictions contained in '
the Declaration, aIl of which sha11 run with the title to Owner's
Property and shall be binding upon all persons having any right, title,
or interest in Owner's Property, their respective heirs, legal
representatives, successors, successors-in-title, and assigns. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Consent has been executed u~der seal on
the day and year first above written.
