PARTIAL RCLEASE OF MORTGAGE
Knaw Al1 Men by These Presents:
WHEREAS, THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, executed a Mortgage in favor of FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK,
dated May 29, 1987, in the original principal sum of $2,500,000.00 and
filed June 26, 1987, in Official Records Book 547, Page 2413, and
Receipt o~ Advance Under Mortgage Providing for Future Advances, dated
September 4, 1987, in the amount of $1,500,000.00 filed September 14,
1987 in Official Records Book 557, Page 960; and a Second Mortgage
dated February 29, 1988, and filed March 8, 1988, in O.R. Book 577,
Page 2321; and a Third Mortgage dated February 29, 1988, and filed
t4arch 8, 1988 in O.R. Book 577, page 2332; and a UCG-1 Financing
Statement filed March 8, 1988, in O.R. Book 577, page 2341, alZ of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
from the lien and operation of the Mortgages;
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the Mortgagee in consideration of
the premises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to it paid by
the Mortgagor, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of the Mortgage
unto the Mortgagor, its heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or
tract of land being part of the premises conveyed by the Mortgage,
to-wit:
Lot 30, Block 4 of ST. LUCIE WEST COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, as
shown on Plat Number 2 of St. Lucie West, recorded in Plat
Book 26, Pages 9, 9A through 9G, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of the t4ortgage, and every part
thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, Iien or
encumbrance of the Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and
remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto af~ixed,
by its proper officer thereunto duly authorized, the 15th day of
Marrh ~ 1988•
