Section 1b - Delete the word "~4ember" in the second sentence.
Section lb will now read "To appoint and remove at pleasure ell
officers, agents ~nd employees of the Associations prescribe their
duties, fix their compensation and require of them such security or
fidelity bond as it may deem expedient. These Bylaws shall be
construed to prohibit the emptoyment of any Officer of Director
af the Association in any eapacity whatsoever."
ARTICLE XIV - PROXI&S
Ac~d Section 3- Any Proxy, Power of Attorney or other written instrument
authorizing any person or persons to act on behalf of a member in
any corporate matters shall be void and of no legal effect
whatsoever, unless the holder of the Proxy, agent or at~torney in
fact shall be a member in good standing of the Association at such
time as the instrument in question is executed and when the
authorization granted therein is exercised.
