PARTIAL RELEAS~ OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THFSE PRESENTS;

WIiEREAS, Allen F. Green, Sr., Camille T. Green, Allen F. Green, Jr., ~
konald T. Green, Robert B. Green, Michael A. Green and Carmen Pace, and
their successors in interest U S Developers, Inc. ~
hereinafter referred to as the Landlord, by Lease Agreement bearing date ~
the 30th day of December ,A.D., 1985, a memorandum of which is recorded in i
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and £or the County of ~
St. Lucie, State af Florid~, in O£ficial Records Book 488, Page 118, leased ~
unto P.C. Foods, Inc. ;

hereinafter referred to as the Tenant, and its assigns, the premises ~
therein particularly described,
AND WHEREAS, the said Landlord has requested the said Tenant to ~
release the premises hereznafter descrzbed, being part of said leased
premises, from the lease because it was incorrectly included in `he legal
description of the leased premises:
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Tenant, in consideration of the
premises and of the sum of ------------------($1.00)------------------ '
D~llar, to it in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said Landlord at the
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge f.rom the ~
operation of said lease unto the said Landlord, its heirs and assigns, that ;
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said lease, more particularly ±
described as follows; '

Lot 4, Block 4, TUCKER TERRACE, according to the Plat of said
Subdivision recorded in Plat Hnok 4, at Page 59, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO ~IAVE AND TO NOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto said ~
Landlord, their heirs and assigns forever, freed, exvnerated and discharged
ot and from said lease, and every part thereof; provided always, ;
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter '
or diminish the effect, of the aforesaid lease on the remaining part of ~
said leased premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights ~
and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Tenant has hereunto set its hand and seal
