PARTIAL R£LEASE OF MORTGAGE
Know All Men by These Presents:
WHEREAS, THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, ("Mortgagor") is party to that cectain Mortgag~, dated
November 1, 1484, and recorded in O.R. Book 447, page 2390; Amendment
to said Mortgage, dated July 29, 1985, and recocded in O.R. Book 470,
page 1673; Amendment to First Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated
M.ay 29, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book 0522, page 0709; Mortgage
Spreader Agreement, dated November 3, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book
0522, pa4e 0645; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, filed Octobec 8, 1987, in
O.R. Book 560, page 1184; Extension of Note Agreement filed Decerr~ber
1987, in O.R. Book 566, page 2267; and UCC Financing Statement filed in
O.R.Book 522, page 0718, and all amendments thereto; and Mortgage
Spreader Agreement filed December ~p , 1987, in O.R.Book 567, Pg. 849,
all of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida ("Mortgage"), in
favor of MERCANTILE BANK NATTONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking
association ("Mortgagee"), the premises therein particularly described
~ to secure the aggregate sum of Six Million Dollars and no/IOQ
` (6,000,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned.
AND h'HEREAS, Mortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to release the
~ prerrises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
~ from the lein and operation of the Mortgage;

; ivOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the Mortgagee in consideration of the
: premises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to it paid by the
~ Mortgagor, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and ~
discharge from the lien and operation of the Mortgage unto tr,e
Mortgagor, its heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of
land being part of the premises conveyed by the Mortgage, to-wit:

Plat Book , Page in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AhD TO HOLD the ~ame, with the appvrtenanc~s, unto tr,e
said Morigagor, its heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated a~d
discharged of and from the lien of the Mortgage, and every part
thereof; pcovided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
sha12 in anywise irr~pair, alter ar diminish the effect, lien or
encumbrance of the Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortoag~d
prer~:ises not hereby released tt~erefrom, or any of the rights and
rer.~edies of the holder thereof.
