Know All Men by These Presents:
WHEREAS, THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPQRATION, a Florida
cosporation, ("Mortgagor") is party to that certain Mortgage, dated
July 9, 1985, and recorded in O.R. Book 470, page 1651; Amendment to
said Mortgage, dated May 29, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book 0522,
page 0715; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, dated November 3, 1986,
and recorded in O.R. Bo~k 0522, page 0650; Extension of Note Agreement,
dated December 1, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book 0528, page 0509;
Mortgage Spreader Agreement, file3 Octaber 8, 1987 in O.R. Book 564,
page 1191; Extension of Note Agreement filed December 4, 1987, in O.R.
E3ook 566, page 2292; Future Advance Agreement and Amendment to
Mortgage filed December 4, 1987, in O.R. Book 566, Page 2297; UCC
Financing Statement filed in O.R.eook 522, page 0718, and all
amendments thereto; and Mortgage Spreader Agreement filed Decerr?ber 10 ,
1987, in O.R. Boak 567 , page 858 ; all of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida ("Mortgage'), in favor of MERCANTILE BANK
~ NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association {"Mortgagee"}, the
premises therein particular2y described to secure ~he aggreyate sum of
Seven Million Do2lars and no/100 (7,000,000.00), with interest as
~ therein mentioned.

r AND wHEREA5, Mortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to release the
i premises hereinafter described, being part of said inortgaged premises,
f from the lein and operation of the Mortgage;

k NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the Mortgagee in consideration of the

Mortgagor, at tt~e time of the execution hereof, the r~ceipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and
discharge from the lien and operation of the Mortgage unto the
Kortyagor, its heirs and assigns, all that Fiece, parcel or tract of
land being part of the premises conveyed by the Nortgage, to-wit:

discharged of and from the lien of the Mortgage, and evecy part
thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothin~ herein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter ~r diminish the effect, lien or
encur~brance of the t~iortgaye on the rer,~aining part of said mortc~aged
premises not hereby released thcrefrom, or any of the rights and
