PARTIAI, RE:LEASE OF l~ORTGAGE
Know All Men by These Presents:
WHEREAS, THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, ("Mortgagor") is party to that certain Mortgage, dated
May 29, 1986, and recorded November 26, 1986 in O.R. Book 0522, page
0665; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, filed October 8, 1987, in O.R. Book
o;FrJ, page 1198; Mortgage Spreader Agreement filed in O.R. Book 547,
page 2021; and Mortgage Spreader Agreement filed December 10, 1987, in
O.R. BOOIC 567 , page 868,a11 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida ("Mortgage"), in favor of MERCANTILE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
a national banking association ('Mortgagee"); the premises therein
particularly described to secure the aggregate sum of Six Million
Dollars and no/100 (6,000,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned.
; AND kNEREAS, Mortgagor has requested the FSortgagee to release the
~ premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
o from the lein and operation of the Mortgage;

; NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the Mortgagee in consideration of the
~ premises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to it paid by the
~ Mortgac~or, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and
& discharge from the lien and operation of the Mortgage unto the
~ M~rtgagor, its heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of ~
~ land being part ~f the premises conveyed by the Mortgage, to-wit:

as shown on Plat Number 2 of St. Lucie West, recorded in

Lucie County, Florida.
TO NF,VE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its heirs and assigns forever~ freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of the Mortgage, and every part
; thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
~ encumbran~e of the Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortc~aged
premises not heceby releosed therefrom, or any of the rights and
re~~edies of the holder thereof.
