months from thc~ date of Closing. In the event construction is not
commenccd within said period, Grantee shall reconvey the groperty to
Grantor pursuart to Paragraph 16 of Lhe Purchase Agreement between
Grantor and Grantee. Graritor shall be entitled to all other
remedies provided in ~aid Agreement.

appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

AND the Grantor hereby c~venants with said Grantee that the
Grantor has good right and lawful a;:thority to sell and convey said
land, and hereby warrants the title to said land and will defer.d the
same against the lawful claims of all persons claiminq by, Lhrouyh
or under the said Grantor.
