to set certain parameters concerning discovery, rule upon
Defendant's Motion for Independent Medical Examination and
~ consider other pretrial matters. Having heard argument of

~ 1. Defendant is entitled to hire at their expense Dr. W. A.

g Stolzer to perform an examination of the physical cor.dition of

~ Plaintiff. The examination will be scheduled at a time mutually
~ convenient to the ~arties. Defendant is responsible for
~ reimbursing Plaintiff for the r~asonable costs incurred by him in
s ~j~~ attending the examinati~ Defenda~t ~nall provide Plaintiff
with a copy of Dr. Stolzer's report prior to the time disec~very
is closed.
