actian and shall bc reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the
Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the s31e. If
Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid
with the total sum with interest and c~sts accruing subsequent to
this ~udgment or such part of as is necessary to pay the bid in
full .
7. On the filing of certificate of title, the ^lerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are
sufficient, by paying (1) all of Plaintiff's costs, including
those costs set out in paragraphs 3, 5 and 6~ereinabove; (2)
documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; {3) Plaintiff's
attar;~ey's fees; (4) the total sunn due to Plaintiff iess the items
; paid plus interes*. at the rate prescribed by law from this date to

~ the date of the sale; and by retaining ar.y amoun* remaining
F oending the further order of this Court.

~ 8. On filing the certificate of title, Defendants and all
~ persons claiming under or against them since the filing of the
