THIS C~USE, having come before this Court on the day of

further having taken the testimony of the Petitioner/WIFE and of
a witness in her behalf and it appearing that the
Petitioner/WIFE has heen a resident of the State of Florida
for more than six months prior ta filing the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court further finding that the
j r~arriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and being
; ott~erw~se fully advised in the premises, it is

` ORDERED AiJD DECREED:

1. JURI5DICTION. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~ and of tt;e subject matter of this proceeding.

~ 2. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. That the parties are hereby

~ grdnted a full and com plete dissolution of marriage, a vinculo
~

~ matrimonii, of and from one another and that the bonds of
~ matrimony existing between the Petitianer,REBECCA BRADFORD, and,
~
~ the Resgondent, LARRY BRADFORD, be and the same are hereby
~ dissolved, and that the parties and each of them is hereby freed
~
from the obligation thereof.
~ 3. PROPERZ'Y SETTLF.MENT A~REEMENT. The partxes hereto have
entere~ int~ a Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
disposing of all matters, including but not limited to, child

~ suppart, child custody, alimony, dispos~tion of real property ar.d

X personal property, di~position of marital debts; and, this
