Separatio~~ and Property Settlement Agreement is hereby
incorpocated into and made a part of this Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage for all purposes and shall in all
respects survive said Judgment.
4. CUSTODY. Husband and Wife will have shared parental
custody af the two minor children, pursuant to the tecros and
conditions ofthe Separation and Property Settlement Agreement,
executed by the parties hereto ~n March 2nd, 1987.
5. THAT the Petitioner/Husband and Respondent/Wife will
both adt?ere to the contents of the Separation and Prapecty
Settlement Agreement.
6. THAT this Court retains jurisdiction af the parties and
subject matter.
