FUNDS FOR TAXES AND INSURANCE
Paragraph tvo of l3niform Covenant 2 of the Security Instrument is amended
to read es follo~,rs:
The Funds shall be held in an institution the deposits or accounts of
uhich are insured or guaranteed by a federal or sta[e agency (including
Lender if Lender is such an institution}. I.ender shall epply the Funds to
pay the escrov items. Lender may not charge for holding and agplying the
; Funds, analyzing the account or verifying the escroa itecas, unless Lender
` pays Borrower interest on the Funds and applicable las~ permits Lender to
~ make such a charge. A charge Tassessed by Lender in connection vith
~ Borrower's entering into this Security Instrument to pay the cost of an
~ independent tax reportfng service shall not be a charge for the purposes of
