stipulation filed herein by the Plainiiff, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF F~RT PI~RCE, now HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS
~ AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, 2nd by the defendants, WASHINGTON RF.AL
ESTATE, INC., a Florida corpor~tion, and HENRY WASHINGTOIv and
GLADYS WASHINGTQN, his wiie; and the Court having determinec3 that:
