Florida, said 60-foot right-of-way and easement being as more fully
described in Schedule A, appended hereto ana b~~ th:is reference
incorporated herein.
4 THIS DEED is made for the purpose of g3ving and granting to _

~ and assigns, a right-of-way and easement over~and upon said described
roadways for access purposes.
