of an existing ditch, being.part of what is commonly known as the
"Merritt Ditch", as.the same has been rerouted, said easements being

Block~54-1/2, as per Sheen's Map of White City, recorded in Plat Book
1, page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
(certain of said lands being part of the unrecordeci subdivision
known as RIVER PLACE ADDITION), and the boundaries of said easement
being as more particularly described on Schedule A, appended hereta ~
and by this xef~rence incorporated herein.

. Party of the Second Part, its GucceSSOrs, legal representatives, and
assigns, an easPment for drainage, access, and main~enance over
