I will pay the Monthly ' Instalment on the tst Due Date and again on the same day of every month through the Final Due Date. The ACTUAL AMOUNT OF LOAN, 6ionthly Insta!ment, 1st Due Date and Final 6ue Date are shown above. ~ INTEP~ST The interest is calculated at the time of any payment on the then unpaid balance of the ACTUAL AtAOUNT OF LOAN at the Rate ' of Charge sh~wn above. Fo~ the purpote of calculating interest, a month i: 1/12th of a year and a day is 1/30th of a month. SCHEDULED lNTE~EST The S;,heduled Inierest is figured on the ssheduled un~aid balances of the ACTUAL AMQl1NT OF LUAN en the 6asis :hat 1 will pay each Monthly Instalment on time. If I do, thpn the Scheduled Interest will be equal to the actual total amount oi interest I will pay. The actuai amuunt of interett I will pay may be mo:e or leu than the Scheduled Interest if I make payments on some ott~er basis. The actual totaf amaunt of interest I will pay will not be known until the loan is paid in full. I become insolveni and cannot aay my debts when they become due or I break any of the terms of this Note. ~ If I am in dafault, you may, at ~our option, demand from me immediate payment of the entire amount of the unpaid balance of the ACTUAL AMQUNT OF L0~!fV and interest on the balance lhat has become due and has not besn paid. You also may I exercise other legal rights, such as, among others, !aking possession of the personal properry and the real property offeredassecurity I for the loan and covered by the Security Agreement and the Mortgage. Prior to taking possession of the real.properiy, you may ~ bring a legal action to cut otf my rights io that property. This legal action is called "foreclosure".
