~ to motion to withdraw funds wherein petitioner has stated i~t
has no obje~tion to an order permitting withdraw of funds
and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the

funds deposited by the Plaintiff, with respect to parcel
numbers Z16 and 729 the sums of $2,180.00 and $1;010.00
