the contents of the motion, the consent of mortgagee and
the statutory authority cited therein, and being fully advised - ~
in the remises it is hereb - ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court ~

forthwith pay unto the defendan~ Selph the sums of $4,000 and -
$100, for a total of $4,100, being the respective amounts set
forth for Parcels 150 and 768; and it is further =

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment.of these funds

from the funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall

. in no way impair the right of the defendant Selph to claim ;
full damages for the takings of said parcels at a trial to :
