MUTUAL RELEASE
!
This Mutual Release entered into at Part St. Lucie, Florida,
between THOMAS F. WILLIS and SANDRA L. WILLIS, is intended by tl~e
parties ~o extinguish certain obligations as hereinafter set forth.
• WHEREAS, the aforesaid parties er~tered into that ~ertain
Separation and Prope~tv Settlement Agreement dated March 31, 1982,
: pursuant to Circuit Court Case No. 82-301-FR-01, in and for St.
~ Lucie County, Florida; and
j WHEREAS, paragraph 8 of the aforesaid Separation_and Property.
~ Settlement Agreement provided as €ollows: . -
The marital home located at 75~ N.E. Emerson Avenue,
~ _ Port 3t. Lucie, Florida, shall be placed on the
market and so1d, and the net proceeds therefrom
shall be divic~ed equally between the partiPS hereto.
! The marital home shall not be sold for less than
~ the fair market value thereof unless otherwise
agree by the parties;
_ and, .
- WHEREAS, the marital home referred to located at 757 N.E. .
Emerson Avenue, Port St. Lucie; Florida, is also known as Lot 60,
in Block 463, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-SIX, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 4, 4A through
4C, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and,
• WHEREAS, the parties have placed the said pr~Ferty on the
market for sale and fiave found buyer for the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual relinquish-
ment of thPir respective legal rights with reference to the
provisions set forth in the aforesaid paragraph.8 of the Separation
and Property Settlement Agreement dated March 31, 1982, the parties
agree as follows:
l. The marital home described herein is k~eing sold for
the total sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND and NO/100 DOLLARS ($80,000.00),

which each of the parties hereto agree is-tY~e fair market value =
