ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ dAy of
~August, 1982, by and between GENERAL DEVEI~OPMENT CORPORATION, a

Delawar~ corporation, hereinafter referred ~o as "A~SIGNOR", and
DEAD RIVER GROUP Or' COMPANIES, a Maine corporation, hereinafter .
referred to as "ASSIGNEE".
W I T N E S S E T H: - -
WHEREAS, Assignor is ~he present owner of the premises
situated at Midport Road and Port St. Lucie Boulevard in Port St.
Lucie, Florida, and known as "Rivergate Plaza" said property being
- more particularly described in Exhibit '`A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof, arid is the present.Lessor under those certain lease
agreements encumbering tY~e premises as herein after descrih~dj and ~
WHEREAS, Assignor is desirous of assigning the aforesai,d lease
agreements.to the ~lssignee and Assignee is desirous of obtaining
~ Assignox's interest in said leases;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum af Ten Dollars
~ and otner. good and valuable c~nsiderations, the r~~ceipt of whi.ch
is hereby ackr.owledged, it is agreed: ~ -
1. Assignor does hereby assign, transfer and set over
unto Assignee all of its rights, title and interest
in and to those certain lease agreements described ~
as folloks, to wit: ~
a) Lease between General Dev~lopment Corporation and
Walgreen Co. dated March 1980 and recorded =
- August 28, 1980 in O. R. Book 337, page 1604 and ~
r~recorded Sept. 25, 198J in O. R. Book 339, page
~ 1234,~Public Records of St. Luc3e County, Florida. -
~ . b) Lease betwezn General aevelopment Corporation and
~ Publix Super Markets, Inc. a u~emorandum of which
. ~as r~corded r^el~ruary 7, 1980 in O. R. Book 325, -
- ~ page 924, Public-Records of ~t. Lucie County, :~lorida. -
2. Assignee does hereby accept the assignment of the ' _
a~orementioned lease agreement~s and agrees to be
bound by each arid every of the terms, covenants and
~ conditions thereof and further acknowledges receipt .
