1'HIS M`uDIFI(;ATION AGREEMENT made this q_ day of .

referred to as "Mortgagor") and OSCAR T, MAIN and MILUItEG I~.
MAIN, his wif~ (hezein~fter referred to as "Mortgagees").
Wa~ERE~?S, an June 24, 1980, Mortgagor executed and delivered
to Martgagees a promissory nate~and mo.r~gage securing ~ame _
~ (hereinafter sometimss collectively referred t~ as the ~
"Mortgage"), in the o~iginal principal amou~t of $29,820.00,~
which was recorded at~O,R..Book 333, Page 2706, Public Records ~
_ of St. Luci:e County, Florida; and ~ .
~ ~ WHEREAS, Mortgagor is in default under_the i~iortgage by
~failing to pay the installments when due thereunder; and
- WHEREAS, ~he parties have ~enegotiated the fierms of the ~
Mortgage to modify same as set forth herein and based thereon .
Mortgagees have agreed not to enforce.their rights under the

. NOW THEREFORE in con~ideration of the foregoing, TEN
. DOLLARS ($1O.U0) and other good and valuable considerations,
