Deal in Deed Book 158, ~ page 480, being a-subdivision of Lot No. 2 df . Hal S. Thomas re-subdivision.of Lots 1, 2, 3 and ~ 4 of Ransom's Subdivision of Government Lot 1 .of Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, ~ according to the plat of said re-subdivision on file in Plat Book l, page 206 of the public records of StF Lucie County,~Florida. .
