and
- WHEREAS, the following describe~ lands have been released
rrom the li~n and operation of said mortgage by ~irtue of
that certain Partial Release dated November 14, 1981 and
recorded in Official Recor~ Book at Page Z Z~ o~ the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:

according to the plat of said re-subdivision on
file in Plat Book l, page 206 of the public records
of StF Lucie County,~Florida. .
LESS RND EXCEPTING the South 9 feet of the afore-
mentioned Lot 3, and LESS AND EX~EPTING the ~
right-of-way o~ Indian River Dri~e; - -

_ - WIiEREAS, Mortgagors are the present owners aF all of the
- lands encumbered by said first mortgage; and
W:iEREAS, Mortgagors have requ~sted Mortgagees to extend ~
the tim~ of payment of the first annual installment so that
it will be due on October 10, 19~32; and ~
~ t~THEREAS, Niortgagors have offered to increase tr.e rate
