The City Council of the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida,
under the ~uthority of Port 5t. Lucie City Code, Ch. 12, Sec. 31 '
et. ~eq., adopte~ Re~olution #82-R5, approving and authorizing the
clearing of property described herein, and did authorize the ~
amount of the bill ~.nd costs f~r the clearing of said pxoperty to
b~ placed~as a lien on said property. .
THEREFORE, the City of Port St. Lucie, Elorida, claims and
