- 2. The Pet?tioner, JOYCE ANN MUSTAIN, is the.custodian
and natural guardian of BOBRY EUGENE MUS~AIN,~
3.__ That said minor sustained certain personal injuri~s ~

for which said minor has~a claim. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED At]D ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ~

1. The Petition for authorization to_settle the c?aim
of the r:linor for - personal injuries be and the sar~e is hereby
granted. ~ - ~
2-. The settlement of _such minor's claim in t:~e amount
of ~IFT~EN ~~IOUSAND DOLLARS 1$15,000.0~), allocated as follows:
'$15,000.40 less $940.68 payments made in advance,~and less
$5,313.11 due Travelers Insurance Compan~, as subrogat~ion lien,
- leaving a balance of $8,746.21, to he paid ta the Petitioner and
minor child be and the same is hereby approved.
3. The said Petitioner, as custodian and natural guardian -
of said minor, be and the same i~ hereby authorized to execute
a fulZ and com~lste release of such minor's claims against ,3ohn
M. Ard, David Scott Ard, and Allstate Insurance Company, for ~he net
