CONDOMINIUM COVENANTS. In addilion to the covenants and agreements made in the security instrumeni, Bor- ~
rower and Lender further cov3nanl and agree as follows .
A. Ass~ssm~nts. Borrower shall promptly pay, when due, all assessments imposed by the Owners Association or i
other governi~g body of th8 Condominium Project (herein "Owners Association") pursuant to the provisions of the declara- i
tion, by-laws, code of regulations or other constituent document of the Condorninium Project. - ~
_ B. H~zard (nsursnc~. So long as the Owners Assaciation maintains a"master" or "blankeY' policy on the Condo- ~
miniumProjectwhichprovidesinsurancecovera~eagainstfire,hazardsincludedwithintheterm"exten~edcoverage;'and , ;
such other hazards as Lender may require, and in such amounts and ior such periods as Lender may ~equire, then: ~

i (i) any mnierial amendment to the declaration, by-laws or c~de oi regulations of the Owners Association, or 1
equivalent constituent doc~ment of the Cor~ominium Project, including, but not lirnited t~, any amendrrient which would ~
~ change the per~entage interests of the unit owners in the Condominium Project: or ~
E (ii) the erfectuation of any decision by the ~wners Assnciat:on to terminate proiessional management and ~
assume self-managemen! of the Condominium Project.
