21. Future Advances. Upon request by BorrowQ~, Lender, at Lenders ~rtion within twentyyears (rom Ihe date of this I
A4ortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Fuiure Advances, wit'~ interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by pramissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount oi the indebtedress secured by lhis Morlgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the ~
