permit children 15 years of age or younqer to occupy any Unit in
violation of Axticle IX, Sectian One of these By-Laws and said
provisians are additional restrictions u~on such children notwit~~
standing the fact that they are family members or that the o~ner
is in residence.
E. Any guest who violates a~y Rule, Re3ulation or
other provision of ~he Condominium DACUments shall by 5ullject to
immediate removal from the Condominium.
ARTICLE XI
AMENDMENT
• These By-Laws may be amended by affirmative vote of two-thirds
(2/3) of the Members and o£ the Board of Administration except
tha~ no Amendment to ~these Bylaws shall be effective which would
(i) contra~ene the Condominium Act, the Aeclaration of Condominium
of the Grove or the ArticLes of Incorporation of the ~lssociatior~,
or (ii) affect ~he rights and privileqes of the Dsveloper without
the Developer's written approval, ar (iii) impair or prej•adice
the rights or liabilities of any Mortgagee.

- ARTICLE XII
~ CONSTRUCTION
Wherever the masculine sinqular form of the pronoun is used
in these By-Laws, it shall be construed to in~lude the masculine,
feminine or neuter, singular or glural, wh~rever the context so
requires.
Should any of the provisions of these By-Laws be void or be
or become unenforceable at law or in equity, the remaini.ng provi-
sions of this instrument shall nevertheless be and remaa.n in full
force and effect. Wherever possible, these By-Laws shall be
construed consistently with the Condominium Act, Declaration of
Condominium, and the Articles o:f Incorporation. However, in the
event of any conflict or inconsistency the provisions of the
Condominium Act, Declaration of Condominium and Articles of
Incorporation shall govern and these By-Laws shall be given
effect to the extent not inconsistent therewith.
