ACKNOWL~DGMENT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANC~ BY GRANTEE
Grantee, by acceptance and execution of thia Deeci,
acknowledg~s that this conveyance is subject in every r~spect t~
the Declaration o£ Condominium and to the Declaration of Covenants,
Restrictions, Easements, Charges and Li~ns and Exhibits attached
thereto, including but not limited to (whether the same are
attached to said DeclaratiAns or referred to therein) the By-Laws
and Articles of Incorporati~n of the Condominium and Community
A~sociations, and all Am~numents to the aforesaid Declarations
and Exhibits; and Grantee further acknowledg~s readinq and examiiiing
the said Declarations (referred to on the first page of this
_ Deed) and said Exhibits, and acknowledges that each and every
pravision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation
and manaqement of the Condominium property and of the Development
~ ancl in the best interests of and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Grantee covenants and agrees to abide by each
i and every provision of said Declarations and Exhibits attached
~ thereto. Grantee hereby ratifies, confirms and approves all of
the terms and provisions of said Declarations and Exhibits attached
~ there~o.• Grantee con£irms that all representations and inducements,
if any, are as~contained in the aforesaid Declarations and Exhibits
attached thereto, and that the common expenses of the Condominium
and ef the Development and any other charges are estimates only.
No warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor maX one be
relied upon except where same is spscifically warranted or guaran-
teed in said Declarations and Exhibits attached thereto. -
The use of the singular term_"Gra~tee" shall be deemed
•to be the plural term "Grantees" where applicable. Wherever the
masculine singular form of ~he pronoun is used, it ~hall be
construed to include the masculxne, femine or neuter, singular or
plural, wherever the context so requires. The reference to the
Declaration o£ Condominium anc~ Exhibits at~ached thereto as se~
forth in ~his acknowledgment, shall be deemed to mean and includ~,
where applicable, a Prospectus or Offering Circular and Exhibits
thereto.
