Tlie Grove, a Joint Venture comprised of The Grove of ~
Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Treasure Coast -
Sezvice Corporation, a Elarida corporation ("Developer"), owner
of the fee simple title to the real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described in Exhibit A, which
is attached ~iereto and made a part hereof, hereby files this
Amendment (the "Amendment") to the Declaration of Condominium of
The Grove Condominium, Section One, to add Phase 7 to the Condo-
minium.
WHEREAS, Devel~per has suY~mitted certain r.eal property ~
to condominilim ownership, pursuant to the Cond~minium Act, Chapter ~

718, Florida Statutes (t21e "Act"), known as The Grove Condominium, ~
Section One (the "Condominium"), according to the Declaration of ;
Condominium (the "Declaration") thereof, recorded in Official ~
Records Book , Page ~2__, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie CoLinty, Florida; and ~

~ WHEREAS, the Condomir.ium was creatzd as a Phase Co~do- ~
minium pursuant to Section 718.403 of the Act aiid as set forth in ~
Article 3 of the Declaration; and ~ ~

WHEREAS, the Declaration permits the addition of subse- ;
quent phases (as described and defined in the Declaration) to the `
Condominium by the filing by tne Developer of an Amendment to Lhe
Declaration; and
WHERERS, Developer desires to add Phase 7 to the Condo-
minium as a part thereof, ~
NOW, THEREFORE, Developer as the own~r in fee simple of
the land described in Exhibit A, for itsel£, its successors, ;
grantees and assigns hereby submits said property, improvements ~
thereon and appurtenances thereto to condominium otanership pursuant ~
to the Act as enacted upon the date of recordation of the originai ;
Declaration and in accordance with the provisions contained in ~
said Act.

The improvemen~s presently being included in the Condo- ;
. minium (Phase 7) are depicted in Exhibit B to this Ainendment to _
, the Declaration and include four one-story residential buildings. ~
Each building contains, in addition to the Com~rion Elements therein,
four Units, such that this Phase will consist of sixteen (16)

Each Unit (without regard to Unit Type designation) shal~ be
entitled to one vote in the Association and equal membership
rights with Units previously included in the Condominium. Each
Unit shall have an equal share in the Common Elementw, Common
Expenses and Common Surplus of the Condominium as set forth in ~
the Declaration of Condominium. .
