Assignment of Rents; Appointment of Recei~•er. All rents rnllected hy the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of management of the Property and collecUon of rents, including, hut not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's hunds and reasonabte attorney's fees, a~~d then to the sums secured b~~ this htorigage. The receiver shall be liahle to account onl~~ for those rents actually received. 21. Future Advances. Upon rcqucst by Burra«~cr, Lender, at I_cnder's optian within twenty ycars from thc datc of this Alortgage, may make Future Advances to f3orrower. Such Future Advances, with interesl thereon, shall he secured by this ;~tottgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that ~aid notes are secured hereb~~.
