Eacti of the Grantars herein certifies that the
above-descr:.bed property is not his or her homestead
. and that each has never resid~d on said property.
The purpose of this corrective warranty deed is to
more particularly describe the easements contained
in a certain warranty deed dated September ~6,
19E0 between the ~arties hereto and recorded
Idovember 5, 1980 in O. R. Book 342, page 1085
of the public records of S~. Lucie County, Florida.
TUGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
that tYie Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully
caarrants ~he title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all gersons whomsoever; and that
said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing
subsequent to December 31, 1979. ~
