~ ORDER~D AND ADJUDGFD as fullows:
1. That this Cdurt has jurtsdiction of the subJec~ matter and the
parties hereto.
Z. That service of pro~ess has been had upon the Uefendants
named herein in conformity with the law~ and the ~iuly appointe~! Guardian
~ ad Litem and Attorney ~d Litem having flled respon$ive pleadings herein and
waived final hearing hereon, and the Default having be~n duly and regulariy
entered against each of the other Defendants named herein, such Default is
hereby ratified and confirmed. ~
3. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff, Edmond
~ J. -Hauck, as Trustee, ~ who is entitled to the relief prayed for in his Cc~m-.
plaint. - .
~ 4. That the title of the Plaintiff, Edmond J. Hauck, as Trustee,
in and to the foliowing described l~nds, to-wit: ~

records of St. Lucie County in Section 3, Township 36 South,
~ Range 44 East, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,

Defendants in this cause of aciinn, and all of the rigi~ts, titie and interest
of said Defendants herein are hereby rendered void an~ af no fa~~e and

Pendens are hereby barred from asserting any claim against said property

poss~esses__ a goad and sufficient fee simple title absolute, in and to the real
