We affirm those damages which are supported ~ ~ _ ir~ the record and we reverse the remainder with i~ns~ruc~ions to E - . I enter an amended final judgment. ~ J , - t This case results from an unsuccessful effort to sell . ~ ~ a resta~rant business in Port St. Lucie. Appellant is the pY^- _ spective purchaser;~ appellees include the corporate owner and the stockholders of the close~y-held corpora~ion. For reasons that are irrelevant to this appeal, the parties entered inko an in~erim management agreement which permitt~d appellant to occupy~ • i f and run the restaurant prior to the sale. For reasons that are_ - ~ also unrelated to this appeal, the sale was never consummated. ~ ~ ~ ~ . ! , Appellees then repossessed the restaurant by self-help. This ~ . gave rise to appellant's suit for wrongfui eviction and ap~el- ; _ : lees counterclaim for breach of the management agreem~nt~ The trial court awaroed nominal compensa~ory and puni- ~ - ~ ~ tive damages for wrongful eviction. ~he computation of these ` _ ~ .
