the stockholders of the close~y-held corpora~ion. For reasons
that are irrelevant to this appeal, the parties entered inko an
in~erim management agreement which permitt~d appellant to occupy~

and run the restaurant prior to the sale. For reasons that are_

also unrelated to this appeal, the sale was never consummated. ~

, Appellees then repossessed the restaurant by self-help. This

. gave rise to appellant's suit for wrongfui eviction and ap~el- ;

lees counterclaim for breach of the management agreem~nt~
The trial court awaroed nominal compensa~ory and puni- ~
